Cancellation Timeframe
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
We begin preparing orders quickly, especially handmade and custom Moroccan silk pillow covers. After this timeframe, your order may already have entered the production, processing, or shipping phase.
How to Cancel an Order

Our customer service team will check the status of your order. If the request is received within the 1-hour cancellation window, we will assist you in cancelling it.
If your order has already entered production or has been processed, we will explain the available next steps. Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has begun.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is successfully completed within the 1-hour timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late Cancellations
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellations requested after the 1-hour window, as your order may already be in production, prepared for shipment, or dispatched.
