5. Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?

Unfortunately, multiple promotional or discount codes cannot be combined in a single order unless otherwise stated.

Only one eligible discount code may be applied during checkout.

6. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

If you receive your package and discover that an item is missing, please contact us immediately at:

7. Are there any exchange-rate fees?

Transactions are processed in the currency displayed during checkout.

If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or card provider may convert the total according to its current exchange rate. Additional currency-conversion or international transaction fees may apply.

MoroccanArtCraft does not control the exchange rates or fees charged by banks and payment providers.

8. How do I change or cancel my order?

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.

Once an order has entered production, been prepared, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be changed or cancelled.

Custom-made or personalized Moroccan silk pillow covers may not be eligible for cancellation after production has started.

9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
