Welcome to MoroccanArtCraft.
MoroccanArtCraft is operated by Morocco Artisan Goods LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MoroccanArtCraft and Morocco Artisan Goods LLC.
We operate this website and online store, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services and your purchases from our store.
By visiting, accessing, interacting with, or purchasing through our Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you are using the Services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
When making a purchase or creating an account, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing information, shipping address, telephone number, and payment information.
You agree that the information you provide will be accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You must not use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
MoroccanArtCraft specializes in handmade Moroccan products, including home décor, textiles, wooden products, carved wooden doors, wooden mirror frames, and related artisan products.
Many of our products are handmade. Natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, carving, stitching, finish, pattern, dimensions, and other artisan characteristics may occur.
Reasonable handmade variations are part of the character of artisan products and are not necessarily defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, details, dimensions, and appearance accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, natural materials, and handmade production.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, dimensions, specifications, materials, processing times, and other information before ordering.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to limit quantities or availability where reasonably necessary.
SECTION 3 - CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain products are handmade, customized, personalized, or manufactured specifically after an order is placed.
For custom and made-to-order products, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, specifications, colors, finishes, designs, and other requested information.
Where specifications require confirmation, production may begin after the applicable specifications have been confirmed.
Customers should carefully review all custom specifications before confirming an order.
Cancellation requests should be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Because materials, labor, and production may be committed specifically to a custom order, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible once production has begun, subject to applicable law.
Custom, personalized, special-order, and made-to-order products are subject to the exceptions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, inability to manufacture the requested product, or technical errors.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no amount is legitimately due, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
If we need to contact you regarding an order, we may use the email address, telephone number, billing information, or shipping information provided with the order.
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
SECTION 5 - PRICES, PAYMENTS AND BILLING
Product prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice.
The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price shown when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices may not include shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the applicable payment method.
Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers made available through our store.
SECTION 6 - MANUFACTURING, PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT
Certain MoroccanArtCraft products are manufactured or prepared in Morocco by an independent manufacturing and fulfillment provider working with Morocco Artisan Goods LLC.
Products may therefore be manufactured, packaged, and shipped directly from Morocco to the customer.
Processing and production times vary depending on the product.
Handmade and made-to-order items may require a production period before shipment. The applicable estimated processing or production time will be stated on the product page or otherwise communicated in connection with the order.
Production time and courier transit time are separate.
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the timelines communicated to customers and will provide updates when we become aware of a significant delay.
SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our international orders may be shipped using couriers including FedEx, DHL, or other suitable carriers.
Estimated delivery or transit times begin after the order has completed any applicable production or processing period and has been handed to the carrier.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs clearance, destination-country procedures, inaccurate customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an address needs to be corrected, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once a shipment has been dispatched.
Risk of loss or damage will pass in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes any responsibility or consumer protection that we are legally required to provide.

SECTION 8 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES
Because products may be shipped internationally from Morocco, an order may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in the applicable order terms, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Customs procedures are controlled by the relevant authorities and may result in delays outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products they order can lawfully be imported into their destination country.
SECTION 9 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Eligible standard products may be returned in accordance with our 14-day Return and Refund Policy.
Custom, personalized, special-order, and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges because they are manufactured specifically for the customer.
This limitation does not affect rights relating to products that arrive damaged, defective, materially different from what was ordered, or any other mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

SECTION 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content available through the Services, including our brand names, logos, text, product photographs, graphics, designs, videos, product descriptions, and website content, may be owned by Morocco Artisan Goods LLC, MoroccanArtCraft, our licensors, or other applicable rights holders.
Unless permitted by law or expressly authorized by us, you must not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, publish, modify, or commercially exploit our protected content without prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 11 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain features of our store may rely on services, tools, payment providers, couriers, applications, or other functionality provided by third parties.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

SECTION 13 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
MoroccanArtCraft is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly between you and MoroccanArtCraft / Morocco Artisan Goods LLC.
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and is not the seller or manufacturer of the products offered by MoroccanArtCraft.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for the manufacture, fulfillment, delivery, quality, return, or refund of products purchased from MoroccanArtCraft.
SECTION 14 - PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain personal information in connection with providing its ecommerce services.

SECTION 15 - REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, ideas, suggestions, or other content to us (“Feedback”), you confirm that you have the right to submit that content.
You must not submit content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
You must not submit fraudulent reviews, misleading information, malware, unlawful content, abusive content, or content intended to impersonate another person.
Where you voluntarily provide Feedback for publication or promotional use, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that Feedback as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Services, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 16 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, dimensions, pricing, discounts, availability, processing times, shipping charges, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information.
If a material error affects an order you have already submitted, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law and, where appropriate, contact you before proceeding or provide a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

We may use technical measures to restrict automated access where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, systems, or Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary because of unlawful activity, fraud, security risks, material violations of these Terms, or other legitimate business or legal reasons.
Termination does not eliminate rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, confidentiality obligations, or provisions that by their nature should continue after termination.
SECTION 20 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product and service information.
Except for warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory warranty, guarantee, right to conformity, or other consumer protection that applies to your purchase under mandatory law.
SECTION 21 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Morocco Artisan Goods LLC, MoroccanArtCraft, and their officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the Services where such liability may legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in this section reduces your mandatory rights concerning defective, damaged, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.
SECTION 22 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, your intentional violation of another person's rights, or a material breach of these Terms.
This section does not impose liability on a consumer where such liability would be prohibited by applicable law.
SECTION 23 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 24 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with the policies and terms incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases through our store, subject to any separate written agreement applicable to a particular custom order.
SECTION 25 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms where doing so would materially affect our rights or obligations without our consent.
We may assign or transfer our rights or obligations as part of a lawful business restructuring, sale, merger, or transfer, subject to applicable law and without reducing your existing consumer rights.
SECTION 26 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory laws applicable to a customer's jurisdiction provide otherwise.
Where legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms or purchases from MoroccanArtCraft may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory right to bring a claim or rely on consumer protection laws in another jurisdiction where applicable law provides that right.

Headings are included for convenience and do not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation of these Terms.
SECTION 28 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, policies, or legal requirements.
The most current version will be available on this page.
Where applicable law requires notice of a material change, we will provide such notice in an appropriate manner.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired by customers where prohibited by law.
