Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

At MoroccanArtCraft, we want our return and refund terms to be clear before you place an order.

14-Day Return and Withdrawal Period

For eligible products, you may request a return within 14 days from the date you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receive the order.

If products from the same order are delivered separately, the 14-day period begins when the last item in the order is delivered.

You do not need to provide a reason for an eligible withdrawal or return.

How to Start a Return or Withdrawal Request

To request a return, cancellation, or withdrawal, please use your MoroccanArtCraft customer account orders page:

Sign in using the email address associated with your order, select the applicable order, and submit your request.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Returning the Product After Your Request

After notifying us that you wish to exercise an eligible right of withdrawal or return, you must send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date you submitted your withdrawal or return request.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return-after-notice period expires.

Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return and refund have been completed.

Condition of Returned Products

For eligible returns, products should be returned in the condition in which they were received.

You may inspect a product as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Where reasonably possible, please return the product with its original packaging and included accessories or components.

Return Shipping Costs

For an eligible change-of-mind return or exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover the cost.

For an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us before arranging a return. We will review the issue and provide appropriate instructions.

Refunds

When you validly exercise an applicable right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments due to you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request.

For returns involving physical goods, we may withhold the refund until:

  • we receive the returned goods; or

  • you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back,

whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

After we issue a refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Original Standard Shipping Costs

For an eligible withdrawal covered by European Union consumer law, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for your order.

If you selected a more expensive or premium delivery option, such as expedited or upgraded shipping, the additional amount above the cost of our standard delivery option is not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Custom and Personalized Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an applicable legal exemption exists.

In particular, products that are made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized are not eligible for change-of-mind withdrawal or return where permitted by applicable law.

This may include products manufactured specifically according to customer-provided or customer-selected:

  • Custom measurements or dimensions

  • Personalized specifications

  • Custom designs

  • Custom configurations

  • Other individual requirements that make the product specific to that customer

A product is not treated as exempt merely because it is handmade. The exemption applies where the product is made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

These exclusions do not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to applicable legal requirements.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible through your customer account or at artisanagoods@gmail.com.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or video of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging where relevant

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not offer automatic direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns.

If an eligible standard product is returned and you would like a different product, size, or variation, you may place a new order after submitting your return request.

Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized are not eligible for change-of-mind exchanges where the applicable legal exemption applies.

This does not affect your rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods.

Cancellations Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, you may submit a cancellation or withdrawal request through your customer account:

For products made to individual specifications or clearly personalized, cancellation availability may be affected once custom production has begun, subject to applicable law.

European Union Customers

Customers purchasing online in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible goods.

For orders containing multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the last item is delivered.

After exercising the right of withdrawal, eligible goods must be sent back within 14 days of providing notice.

Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under European Union law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
